- Local Law 43 (Converting from No 6 Fuel Oil to a Cleaner Fuel)
- Local Law 87 (Mandated Energy Audits and Retro-Commissioning)
- Local Law 84 (Benchmarking - Filing Deadline May 1, 2012)

Many buildings are required by new NYC Local Laws to carry out energy savings upgrades. Whether your building must convert from No 6 fuel oil to a cleaner fuel ( Local Law 43), to perform an energy audit (Local Law 87) or to file a benchmarking report by May 1, 2012 (Local Law 84), you'll need a road map for the sourcing of all available funding and practical financing options. Understand how you can use your energy savings spread to finance your energy saving retro-fits. This free seminar will explain realistic financing solutions that will use your energy savings to service equipment loans - valuable for any commercial or multi-family building owner.

Networking from 7:30 - 8:00 AM. Continental breakfast served. No charge to attend. Please contact Indra Smith at 718-786-5300 x 21 or ismith@licpartnership.org to reserve your seat.
